Copy trades between Rithmic accounts at any prop firm
Many futures prop firms hand out Rithmic logins, and after a few evaluations it's common to hold accounts at several firms on more than one Rithmic system. TradeCopier.cloud connects each of those logins from the cloud and lets one account lead the others.
There's no R|Trader Pro or NinjaTrader session that has to stay open for copying to work: the copier follows the Rithmic account directly.
Choose the right Rithmic system
Every Rithmic login belongs to one Rithmic system, and it only works on that system. When you connect, pick the system your firm set your login up on, then enter the Rithmic username and password. If you're not sure which system it is, ask your firm before connecting.
One connection lists every account on the login
A single Rithmic login often holds more than one account. TradeCopier.cloud connects once per login and lists all of its accounts, so you choose which ones become masters or followers. NinjaTrader prop accounts that log in with Rithmic credentials connect the same way.
If Rithmic reports a problem
- ✓Agreements pending: the login still has agreements to sign. Log in once to R|Trader Pro, accept them, then connect again.
- ✓Session conflict: Rithmic refused a new session because one is already open for the login. If the account already appears in your list, pick it there instead of connecting again.
Settings for each follower
- ✓Sizing per follower: Equity-to-Equity, Contract Multiplier, Risk Multiplier, or Fixed Contracts (whole contracts from 1 to 1,000).
- ✓Copy SL and Copy TP, plus Additional TP/SL measured in ticks.
- ✓Symbol aliases, with presets that swap a full-size contract for its micro at ten times the contracts, for example YM to MYM or GC to MGC.
- ✓Reverse trades, a symbol whitelist or blacklist, and account protection.
Where a Rithmic account can copy to
A Rithmic account can lead or follow. Followers can be other Rithmic accounts, at the same firm or a different one, as well as Tradovate and TopstepX accounts. A Rithmic follower can also copy a forex/CFD master through symbol aliases, and MT4 or MT5 accounts can follow a Rithmic master.

How do I know which Rithmic system to pick?
The one your prop firm set your login up on. A Rithmic login only works on its own system, so if you're unsure, check with your firm.
Can I copy between Rithmic accounts at two different firms?
Yes. Connect each login on its own system, make one account the master and add the others as followers.
Can I keep trading in NinjaTrader or R|Trader Pro while copying?
Yes. The copier follows the account rather than the app, so trades you place on the master from NinjaTrader or R|Trader Pro are copied. If Rithmic refuses a connection because a session is already open for the login, the dashboard tells you.
What does "agreements pending" mean?
Rithmic wants you to accept agreements on that login before it can be used. Log in to R|Trader Pro once, accept them, and connect again.
Can Rithmic copy to Tradovate?
Yes. Tradovate and TopstepX accounts can follow a Rithmic master, and a Rithmic account can follow a Tradovate or TopstepX master too.
